1999년 2월 25일 아르헨티나 미션즈에 사는 버지니아 리베로는 자신의 집에서 산고를 느꼈다. 병원에 가려고 부랴부랴 큰길을 나온 그녀는 두명의 남자가 부축해줘서 지나가는 차를 탈 수 있었다.
그녀는 뒷자석에서 여자아이를 출산한후 운전사에게 쌍둥이 둘째아이가 곧 나올 것 같다고 얘기했다. 운전사는 급히 병원으로 가려고 앞차를 추월하다 그만 다른차와 충돌하고 말았다. 산모와 아기는 다행히 경미한 부상을 입고 뒷문으로 빠져나왔다. 산모는 다시 지나가는 차를 잡아타고 병원에 갈 수 있었고 또 한명의 건강의 사내아이를 출산하였다.
 

On February 25, 1999, Ribero Virginia, who lives in Missions, Argentina, had a hard time at home. In her hurry to the hospital on the main road, she was able to get in a car supported by two men.
She told the driver after giving birth to a baby girl in the back seat that a second twin baby was likely to come along soon. The driver was hurrying over the car to the hospital when he crashed into another car. Fortunately, the mother and baby were injured and escaped by the back door. The mother was able to catch a passing car, go to hospital, and gave birth to another healthy baby boy.
